I've always been a supporter of organizations whose focus is on finding a cure for and/or supporting people
going to benefit the Tigerlily Foudation, I was all in.
The Tigerlily Foudation's mission is to educate, empower, advocate & provide hands-on support to young women ages 15-40 – before, during and after breast cancer and this year they're getting a little (actually, a lot) love from, 'Runway Moms for a Cause'.
Here's the 411 on 'Runway Moms for a Cause'
"Runway Moms for a Cause (RMFC) is a fashion initiative with the mission to serve as a vehicle to raise funds for non-profit organizations. Each year, RMFC will profile and celebrate accomplishments of mothers who impact change in their communities."
Need I say more? Y'all know how I feel about #FashionforaCause and RMFC wraps fashion and philanthropy up together in a chic little package. This year, RMFC kicks off Mother’s Day weekend celebrations, with their 3rd annual fundraiser and runway show. I attended last year and it was FAB. The looks created by L~Shandi designer and RMFC founder Lara Akinsanya and worn by the stunning runway moms were amazing. Check out these snaps from last years show:
