Event Recap: Steve Harvey SOAR Retreat
If you follow me on social then you know that I attended the Steve Harvey SOAR retreat in Miami a few weeks ago. This conference wasn't initialy on my radar, but I'm so glad that I went because it was ah-mazing.
A little about SOAR:
SOAR is a 3-Day Life-Changing Immersion for Women to Re-Energize their Personal and Professional Power, Elevate their Financial Future and Grow in their Leadership.
The speaker line-up for this conference was enough to get excited about on its own, but I was super excited to spend some time in Miami; check out some of the non-conference fun I had HERE.
The conference was jam packed with not only practical information but also a heavy dose of inspiration. There's way too much to try to squeeze into one post so here are my highlights:
Day 1:
OOTD: H&M blouse + thrifted skirt. Mixing prints is one of my favorite things to do.
Doreen Rainey got the party started with 'The Power to SOAR'. I'm always energized after hearing Doreen speak.

Ali Brown is something like amazing. I just want to chat with her over pizza and cocktails and laugh. She shared her story and some really interesting stats about women in business.

First of all Laila Ali looked ah-mazing. Chile… She puts my whole everything to shame. Laila shared the story of how she came to be the world champion boxer that she is and the obstacles she faced along the way. She talked about re-inventing herself and her brand and how being strong and confident has helped her achieve success.
Steve Harvey: Here's where we got to the juicy stuff. Steves first talk centered on this point: You're only limited by what you believe.
