Fab Friends: Diana Ramsey, Sisters with Beauty
I have had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with some of the most amazeballs women y'all. One such woman is my Fab Friend, Diana Ramsey. Even though I haven't known this lovely lady for long, I gotta say… she's a keeper!

Diana Ramsey is the Head Curl in Charge of Sisters with Beauty, a natural hair (but healthy hair first) website specializing in home hair care. Diana is a natural hair styling ninja and she's made it her mission to help you get your ninja status up. One of my favorite Diana-isms is her response when people ask her if she's a stylist… "I'm not a stylist but I twist a lot".
SM: How would you describe your style?
DR: Myself. My style is me. Explaining my style is like explaining why I'm me.
SM: How does your natural hair influence your style?
DR: Not much really. It's allowed me to figure out what I wanted to do and to shape my skills as an entrepreneur.

SM: What is your biggest style challenge?
DR: Finding the shoe that I want in my size. I'm a size 10. If I find a pair of shoes I like, I don't think about it; I buy it 'cuz if I wait, it'll be gone.
SM: Where are your favorite places to shop for Fab items on a budget?
DR: I grew up owning clothes that weren't mine so the new trend of thrifting has always been there for me. A lot of what I wear is one of a kind. You won't find it at a mall. I don't try to convince people to shop at thrift stores. People are always surprised to find out where I get things.

SM: What item(s) of clothing make you feel most confident?
DR: Polka dots. Any kind of polka dots. I have memories of being a little girl and watching my mom get dressed; polka dots make me feel closer to my mom. Dots are hot. *feel free to tweet that last line*
SM: What are you up to in the world? Where can folks find you on the web?
DR: Sisters with Beauty is hosting its PREMIER iTwist workshop on May 31st, designed to teach you the 4 directional ways to twist to include 3 twisting types and tips needed to achieve the flat twisting styles created by the Head Curl in Charge!
