About Me

Hey there fabulous!

If you’re reading this right now, chances are your wardrobe is in need of some resuscitation! Well, no worries because The Style Medic is here to help!

My name is T. Espinoza. Before I became the Style Medic and started saving people’s wardrobes, I spent 10 years as a medic in the US Air Force. As an Air Force veteran, wife and mother of two, she knows firsthand about wanting to look and feel good, but having the need to spend less and stay on budget. Saving money is her superpower and she uses it to help other women blur the lines between frugal and fabulous.
T. uses her blog, social media, video, and live events as tools to help women change how they view frugal fashion and discover the joy of looking and feeling like a million bucks, without the million dollar budget. Popular posts include ‘How to Make 24 Outfits with Just 10 Pieces’ and ’12 Ways to Save Money When Shopping Online’. T. has been featured on shows like ABC’s The Chew and Good Morning Washington.

“Fashion is mute. Style gives it a voice.” June Ambrose

Style is about embracing who you are; it’s a powerful tool you can use to create the image you want the world to see. Style starts with your attitude and not in your closet.
